About Me
Hi, I’m Uma Mageswari T — an educator, trainer, and lifelong learner with a heart for teaching and a love for growth.
I began as a MOE-registered Trainer, teaching students in schools, and gradually moved into training teachers — a shift that inspired me to pursue the ACTA certification and step into the world of adult learning with confidence.
Today, I’m an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic and a WSQ-certified Trainer for Digital Skills courses. I believe learning should always be engaging, relevant, and empowering.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two — my favourite hat of all — keeping me grounded and constantly inspired.

Career Growth
My journey in education began as a MOE-registered Trainer, working with students in schools. Over time, I progressed to training teachers, which inspired me to deepen my skills by completing the ACTA certification. That decision marked the start of my transition into adult education, where I now design and deliver impactful digital skills training.
Today, I serve as an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic and a WSQ-certified Trainer, guiding learners from all walks of life. Each step of my career has been shaped by a strong belief in lifelong learning and the power of education to empower others.
